Avani Melbourne Box Hill Residences

I chose the Avani specifically for its great location, and I was pleasantly surprised by the unlimited free WiFi, which allowed me to plan my exploration around Melbourne seamlessly. Being able to check out the CBD's museums, markets, and cafes on foot was a fantastic way to immerse myself in the culture.

The location was convenient for my needs, with easy access to local amenities and public transport. The staff were generally helpful and attentive, ensuring that any queries I had were promptly addressed. I particularly enjoyed the excellent facilities, including a well-maintained pool, gym, and sauna—perfect for unwinding after a long day of meetings. The air conditioning was effective, keeping the room comfortable in Melbourne's fluctuating weather.

Could use a kitchen cleaning wipe.

The room was good-sized and it had a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets, that's cool. The beds with feather pillows where nice...

The team provided an incredible service and the room was quiet and bright with a lovely terrace, Netflix plus coffee machine. Everyone was welcoming and kind. The location was great and fantastic - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

There were loud parties going on all night, which made it impossible to sleep. With no staff available to address it, it felt frustrating and unnecessary. It seriously impacted our trip.

we recently stayed at the avani and were thoroughly impressed with our experience. the apartment was well-equipped, featuring a spacious bedroom and a large wardrobe, separate from the living area. we appreciated the small touches like a pod coffee machine and a welcoming note with treats. the rooftop pool and heated spa were good, providing stunning views. on top of that, the convenient location near a shopping complex and numerous dining options made our stay even better. the staff were wonderful, always ready to assist with a smile.

The location is super convenient, with a mall and public transport just a hop away. The spacious apartment was perfect for our group, and that rooftop view was fine. The pool and gym were also fantastic for unwinding after celebrating!

It would’ve been nice to have extra towels available at the pool area, too. A few cleanliness issues in the room took away from the overall enjoyment, especially with the noisy equipment in the wardrobe.

Comfy separate bedroom 🛏️. the kitchen had all we needed - a microwave, electric kettle, and a dishwasher. Perfect spot for a trip!

This place is perfectly located near air conditioning vents, the train station, restaurants, shopping, and a famous landmark within a 10-15 minutes' walk.

The food here is delicious and the drinks are refreshing.

Helpful staff and a great location! There's a shopping mall 🛍️ and supermarket right next door, making it super convenient.
